Understanding what grief is doing to you
Short, honest modules you can read in pieces. Nothing here asks you to move on or get over your child — the whole point is learning to carry the love and the grief together.
These modules are written in grief-informed language and reviewed against published guidance from bereavement organisations. They are education and peer support — not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. Every module ends with the signs that mean it's time to talk to a licensed professional.
